(formerly known as UDA Mall)
The Urban Development Authority (UDA) was founded in 1971 with the overarching goal to propel the nation’s urban development towards advancements and profitability. The name was later changed to UDA Holdings Berhad in 1999.
It is now a Government-Linked Company (GLC) that is fully owned by the Ministry of Finance (MoF) and overseen by the Ministry of Entrepreneur and Cooperatives Development (MECD).
To support the objective, Property Investment & Management Division was then established as the property management arm under the purview of UDA Holdings Berhad. Through it’s four subsidiary companies, they provide main and value-added services under the umbrella of property management such as building management, tenancy management and maintenance services. Property Investment & Management Division currently manages a portfolio of more than 20 commercial and residential buildings with a total billing of service charges in excess of RM100 million per annum.

Pudu Sentral, formerly known as Hentian Puduraya, is a well-known landmark in Kuala Lumpur since its completion in 1976. Given a new fresh and modern look in 2011, it continues to be a major city transportation hub for Kuala Lumpur.
Hentian Duta is a satellite bus terminal feeding off Pudu Sentral. Operating since 1998, it is located at the brim of Kuala Lumpur City Centre, off Jalan Duta, and in close proximity to the North Klang Valley expressway (NKVE). The terminal offers convenience and comfort to passengers heading to or coming from the northern states of Perak, Penang, Kedah and Perlis, and also the city of Hatyaii in southern Thailand.
Bangunan Cahaya Suria

City Parking, as the name implies, is a 5-storey parking complex located on Jalan Tugu, off Jalan Kinabalu, Kuala Lumpur (KL).
