UTC KL @ Pudu Sentral

Pusat Transformasi Bandar or UTC is one of the government initiatives to provide the urban community with key government and private sector services under one roof.

Located in Pudu Sentral, the Urban Transformation Centre for Kuala Lumpur (UTC KL), is a one stop centre providing over-the-counter public access to key government and private sector services. Application, registration, renewals and any required payments related to birth, identity card, passport, licences & permits, utility, welfare, banking and financing are all made easy and convenient under one roof.

More than 20 government agencies including statutory bodies operate within the UTC from 8.00 am to 9.00 pm on Monday to Thursday, 2.45 pm to 9.00 pm on Friday, and 8.00 am to 5.00 pm on Saturday and Sunday. For the comfort of visitors, ample covered parking bays, a spacious food court and retail outlets are available, offering food & beverages, tailoring services, photo printing and stationery, among others.

UTC KL @ Pudu Sentral is easily reached via Jalan Tun Perak, Jalan Pudu and Jalan Tun Tan Cheng Lock, with abundance of city buses, taxis and e-hailing services plying these routes. It is also right next to the Plaza Rakyat LRT and Merdeka MRT stations.
