About Property Investment & Management
(formerly known as UDA Mall)
The Urban Development Authority (UDA) was founded in 1971 with the overarching goal to propel the nationโs urban development towards advancements and profitability. The name was later changed to UDA Holdings Berhad in 1999.
It is now a Government-Linked Company (GLC) that is fully owned by the Ministry of Finance (MoF) and overseen by the Ministry of Entrepreneur and Cooperatives Development (MECD).
To support the objective, Property Investment & Management Division was then established as the property management arm under the purview of UDA Holdings Berhad. Through itโs four subsidiary companies, they provide main and value-added services under the umbrella of property management such as building management, tenancy management and maintenance services. Property Investment & Management Division currently manages a portfolio of more than 20 commercial and residential buildings with a total billing of service charges in excess of RM100 million per annum.
For over four decades, UDA has advanced urbanisation throughout Malaysia, while expanding the participation of Malaysian entrepreneurs in its business eco-system.
