About Property Investment & Management

(formerly known as UDA Mall)

The Urban Development Authority (UDA) was founded in 1971 with the overarching goal to propel the nationโ€™s urban development towards advancements and profitability. The name was later changed to UDA Holdings Berhad in 1999.

It is now a Government-Linked Company (GLC) that is fully owned by the Ministry of Finance (MoF) and overseen by the Ministry of Entrepreneur and Cooperatives Development (MECD).

To support the objective, Property Investment & Management Division was then established as the property management arm under the purview of UDA Holdings Berhad. Through itโ€™s four subsidiary companies, they provide main and value-added services under the umbrella of property management such as building management, tenancy management and maintenance services. Property Investment & Management Division currently manages a portfolio of more than 20 commercial and residential buildings with a total billing of service charges in excess of RM100 million per annum.
