Hentian Duta is a satellite bus terminal located off Jalan Duta, near the Kuala Lumpur City Centre, with direct access to the North Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE). Operating since 1998, it serves as a key northern gateway for passengers travelling to and from Perak, Penang, Kedah, Perlis and Hatyai, southern Thailand. More than 20 established interstate bus operators operate from Hentian Duta. The terminal features a Centralized Ticketing System, 12 boarding platforms, a waiting hall and a taxi stand with a coupon-based system. Passenger amenities include food and beverage outlets, a prayer room (surau), washrooms and parking facilities. Hentian Duta is easily accessible by city buses, taxis and e-hailing services.
